- We know the bench marks these institutions lend by. We will guide you through how much your total project will cost, how much an institution will lend you, how much you will need to borrow, how much money down a lender will require, and what are the financing terms the church should expect.
- We help the church prepare for submitting a financial package to any lending institution local or national.
- Obtaining a loan can be a long and daunting process. We make sure your church has the best chance at obtaining funding by applying to the right institutions.
- We are the guardians of your financing. Our Stewardship program has been developed to ensure the church does not misspend one dollar during the development and planning stages of a project.
